Greg Kaza is executve director of the Arkansas Policy Foundation, which annually issues letter grades to K-12 districts in the state. He served three terms (1993-98) in the Michigan House of Representatives where he chaired the Urban Policy Committee and co-sponsored the state's charter school measure. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals in Europe, Asia and North America.
