Patrick J. Wolf, Ph.D., is one of the nation's foremost experts on school choice. He is Professor of Education Reform and 21st Century Endowed Chair in School Choice in the Department of Education Reform at the University of Arkansas. He has authored, co-authored, or co-edited three books and more than 75 journal articles, policy reports, and book chapters on school choice, civic values, special education, public management, and campaign finance. He received the Significant Research Award of the University of Arkansas College of Education and Health Professions in 2011 for leading the federal government impact evaluation of the DC Opportunity Scholarship Program. He received his B.A. in political science and philosophy at the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN) summa cum laude and his A.M. and Ph.D. in government from Harvard University.
