Patrick Byrne, CEO of Overstock.com and Chair of the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice, spoke at the Economics Club of Indiana's November luncheon.  He spoke about how the state deficits that have been so large this year could be solved by instituting a modest school choice program.  He shows this using the NEA's own numbers.
