This study collected data on participants in the McKay Scholarship Program, a voucher program for disabled students. It found that class sizes in McKay schools were half as large as in public schools, students were bullied much less often, had fewer behavior problems, and had other positive outcomes. Even students who had left the McKay program had better outcomes in their McKay schools than in public schools.
