Announcing Staff Promotions and New Roles at EdChoice
At EdChoice, our mission is strengthened by the people who carry it forward every day. As our work continues to grow across research, training, outreach, and policy, we are excited to share several staff promotions and role changes that will help us deepen our impact and better serve families, policymakers, and partners nationwide.
These updates reflect both the outstanding contributions of our team members and EdChoice’s continued commitment to excellence, innovation, and measurable results.
Leadership Updates
- Drew Catt has been appointed Vice President of Training and Impact. Drew will continue leading EdChoice’s national training strategy while also guiding efforts to measure impact, align metrics, support strategic decision-making, and strengthen internal learning and onboarding.
- Emory Edwards has been named Vice President of Outreach and Entrepreneurship. In this role, Emory will lead a more targeted outreach strategy focused on entrepreneurship, engagement with specific audiences, and work in priority states.
Welcoming Back a Team Member
We’re pleased to welcome Cooper Conway back to EdChoice as State Policy Director, rejoining the Policy & Advocacy team on February 1, 2026. Cooper will work with internal teams and external partners to analyze and advance state school choice policy and legislation.
