Opponents of school choice say time and again that one of the key solutions for improving America’s education system is getting parents involved, yet many active parents have had less than welcoming experiences with teachers and administration.

School choice allows parents to choose a school that is open and responsive to their feedback. Plus a study by the CATO institute shows school choice programs actually boost parental involvement and positively benefit children. Check it out and don’t be afraid to use this study the next time you speak your mind in comments sections!
