Doyle v. Taxpayers for Public Education Amicus Brief

Despite a devastating loss in the Colorado Supreme Court in June, advocates of the Douglas County Choice Scholarship Pilot Program persevere as we make the journey to the Supreme Court of the United States.

The Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice filed an amicus brief on November 30, 2015, in support of the nation’s first district-created school voucher program. The Friedman Foundation team continues to be committed to protecting the educational freedom of all children, and this case has the potential to unlock learning opportunities not just in Douglas County, Colorado, but also in dozens more states across the country.
