Diana Rademacher is happiest when she is bringing people with disparate interests together to solve complicated social and policy puzzles. She has had the pleasure of working with non-profits, industry organizations, and private interests to enact policy change on issues ranging from foreign aid and development in Sub-Saharan Africa to regional security in the middle east to re-entry employment solutions for people with criminal records at the state and local levels. Her work has helped remove barriers to freedom and abundance for millions of people by putting good policy in place at every level of government.

Inspiration for joining the school choice movement:
As a child in school, I struggled because my local public school was the only option available and was also a poor fit for me. Later, as a parent myself, I saw how small changes in the educational environment and resources made a huge impact for my own kids, and how having an empowered parent who took choice seriously for them helped each of them in different ways. I believe strongly that the best thing we can do for the long-term fulfillment of all people is ensure their access to education that works for them in childhood and beyond.
