Colyn Ritter

As one of EdChoice’s research assistants, Colyn Ritter supports a number of important research projects.

He is a graduate of Saint Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Sports Management. While at Saint Louis University, Colyn worked as a research assistant for the School of Social Work and Criminal Justice.

Colyn has recently worked on projects regarding the state of Arkansas’ Pre-K centers through the University of Arkansas Office of Education Policy. Prior to that, he worked for the St. Louis Cardinals, as well as building and teaching an ACT crash course for students in the St. Louis metropolitan area. He is interested in educational polling data and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the future education landscape.

Colyn is a native of Camden, New Jersey and currently resides in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

As I reflect on my education growing up, I feel very fortunate. We had options, as a family, and I believe having those educational options should be a reality for every family and child.
