Inter-District

Districts must provide transportation for same-year transfer students and students with incarcerated parents.

Charter School

The school district must provide transportation to resident students attending a charter school within the school district, unless the charter school and school district have an agreement requiring the charter school to provide transportation or the charter school accepts responsibility for transportation.

Private School

Districts have the option to distribute transportation funds to private school parents.
